Sushi



While checking out the Google video of the day blog, I found this link to a video about Sushi, and it's styles and traditions. It's a bit long coming in around 8 minutes, but stick with it... it does get "interesting" :)

I'm not sure if I'll be blogging any more before Christmas so if not, "Here's wishing you a Merry Christmas!"

This was really fascinating. It looks like it's a training video for American business people who will be moving to Japan. Do you think?

I had heard that sushi was supposed to be eaten with your fingers. But Americans always try to eat it with chopsticks. That's so much more difficult.

I'm not sure how much of that video you can take seriously, but I did find this info on the web that does say it's OK to eat with your fingers.
